How long does it take to process my order:

Orders typically ship within 1-3 days, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.


How do I decide what size to choose?

Please view the sizing charts that are located within each item.


What payment methods does the CTY Swag Shop accept?

The CTY Swag Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, PayPal  and Diners Club debit and credit cards.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email that will provide your tracking number.


I haven’t received my package, what should I do?

Please email swagshop@ctyfitness and provide your order number. 


Do you do returns?

Yes, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return an unworn/undamaged item. Please email swagshop@ctyfitness.com with which item you’d like to return along with your order number. You will be responsible for return shipping of the item. Once the item is received, refund will be returned to the original form of payment. 


Do you do exchanges?

Yes, you have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange an unworn/undamaged item. Please email swagshop@ctyfitness.com with which item you’d like to exchange along with your order number, please list which item and size you’d like to be sent to you. We are only able to exchange in stock items. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the item.
